The past few days, I have been trying to finish writing some overdue article which I meant to write. It has been quite fun keeping myself busy like this but it is really overdue.

The text kind of covers the thoughts which came up while I attended / was involved with some events like: Encounters 13 + Documenta Magazine meetings (Chiang Mai + Singapore).

Meanwhile, the Got No Puppamumma exhibition opens tomorrow at our new site. (note: this is a pre-renovation show). Do come by if you are free. for more details click here.

Lastly, chanced upon a friend's blog. Ampulet.

One of the best known International Performance Art Festivals “Castle

the bad guys!

The latest update from Art Interventions about the Castle of
Imagination's case:
* Zbigniew Warpechowski speaks up! Read what he says about his

A Vision for Tomorrow is our proposal for the future of Singapore art.

This exhibition reminds us of the potential for art to be 'a strong force against neo-liberal economics, raising awareness that there is something to defend which is more valuable than what consumer culture has to offer'.

Write-up for the exhibition: click on title link.

A part of p-10's programme for the SB2006 period.

Encounters: A mole rat

You might have heard - our office will be moving to a new space on Rowell Road.

We started packing the store room today.

It was pure chaos inside.

Jk, James and myself encountered a rat and after much fuss, we managed to chased it out.

Due to the open concept design of our SPACE B, we get such visitors.

I hate to throw things away unless it is totally necessary. We will be putting stuff out for people who might want it. (free-cycle style*) Giving these items a new lease of life. It is a way to promote a share culture. OF course if you wish to donate money to p-10 for these items, we welcome that. Any form of donation / exchange to keep us going is important to us.

Here is an image of the 2 wooden crates (originally given to us by our Ayuveda neighbours, used for shipping) we are passing on to anyone who wants to use this. They make quite good shelves.

If interested, let us know.

Thanks.

*Freecycle is an online community which believes in passing on unwanted items to the rest in the network. (The Singapore freecycle community is quite active).
